Honestly , i see it an expensive service . The price paid was almost equal 2000 Egyptian pounds , and the items (flowers+chocolate) prices in Egypt will never reach half this amount . Beside that the chocolate brand is not so special . Galaxy jewels are good , but regarding the price paid , there is a much higher & better brands to be used ( Like Godiva, Patchi,....etc.) . That's why i think you should mention the brand of the chocolate in the purchase process and let the customer chose, not just mentioning "imported chocolate". The Delivery time was not good . Although i chose a time range from 8am to 6pm , the order arrived 9pm. This is also should be followed & monitored very well by your company because timing really matters specially in the special occasions.
